01 General Terms

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between jabibet and its users. By accessing the platform through the jabibet website, mobile application or any other means, or by using the service, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

1.2 Description of Service

jabibet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games and betting on various sports events for registered users. The platform is fully digital and designed specifically for users in Bangladesh.

1.3 Language

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on jabibet, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (21+)
• Must have a valid mobile number and email address
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened under the same person's name
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bank or mobile banking account, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Account Security

Registered users are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, jabibet's customer service must be notified immediately. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Age Verification

jabibet has set a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities. At the time of registration or at any stage, jabibet may request a National ID (NID), passport or birth registration certificate to verify a user's age.

3.2 KYC Verification

For full identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC), the user may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as needed:

• Front and back copy of the National ID card
• A recent bank statement (issued within the last 3 months)
• Proof of mobile banking account registration
• A recent photo of the user

Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is complete. The jabibet Refer a Friend promotion reward and birthday special reward apply only to verified accounts.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The currently available deposit methods on jabibet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method).

4.2 Withdrawals

The withdrawal methods are the same: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jabibet does not accept transactions in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If jabibet considers any deposit or withdrawal to be unusual or suspicious, it reserves the right to place the transaction on hold until additional verification is completed.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at jabibet. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, and you will need to wager ৳12,000 to withdraw the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible account holders
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally does not apply
• jabibet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer
• If a bonus is misused in any way, the relevant bonus may be forfeited

5.3 Other Promotions

jabibet runs various offers including the Weekly Reload Festival, jabibet Slots Fun Bonus, jabibet Cricket Season Special, jabibet Birthday Special Reward and the jabibet Refer a Friend promotion. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page. A bonus is not real money — it is an additional benefit for playing.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on jabibet is treated as a contract. A bet is confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment it is placed. A submitted bet will not be cancelled due to odds changes; however, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, jabibet reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Suspension

If a match or event is cancelled, ends before the scheduled time, or is rescheduled, jabibet will settle the relevant bet according to its own rules. For cricket, standard rules apply to all international matches including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup.

6.3 Multiple Bets

To win a multiple bet, all selections must be correct. If one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. Multiple markets from the same match cannot be combined in a multiple bet.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limit

For a single bet or multiple bet, jabibet will not pay out beyond the maximum payout it has set. Limits may vary by game or market.

07 Casino Gaming

7.1 Game Results

The results of all casino games, slots and live casino games on jabibet are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The result of any game is not influenced by previous rounds.

7.2 RTP Information

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is set by the game provider and is calculated on the basis of long-term statistics. It does not guarantee a win or loss in any particular session.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game, jabibet will take action as appropriate. jabibet reserves the right to correct any erroneous results or amounts displayed due to a technical fault.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jabibet:

• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information
• Using bots, scripts or automated software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Gaining unfair advantage through dishonest tactics or coordinated play
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial manipulation
• Attempting to interfere with another user's account
• Providing false or misleading information

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by jabibet

jabibet may suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, age-related fraud, suspicion of money laundering, operating multiple accounts or engaging in prohibited activities.

9.2 Closure by User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may send a request to customer service. All settled balances will be withdrawable before closure; however, any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a user may exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be used and no promotions will apply.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Limitations

While jabibet strives to maintain the highest standard of service, it will not be liable for service disruptions caused by server maintenance, natural disasters, cyberattacks or third-party issues.

10.2 User's Own Decisions

Participation in gaming and betting activities is the user's own decision. jabibet does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for financial losses. Users are advised to plan their finances before taking part in gaming activities.

10.3 Third-Party Services

jabibet is not directly liable for any issues with payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks) or game providers. However, jabibet will assist in resolving such issues.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

The detailed policy on the collection, storage and use of users' personal data is described in jabibet's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, alongside these terms and conditions, forms part of the conditions for using the service.

• User data is never sold to third parties
• Documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely
• SSL encryption is used to protect data for technical security reasons
• If there are legal obligations, information may be shared with the relevant authorities

12 Terms Changes & Updates

12.1 Right to Make Changes

jabibet reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible before any changes take effect.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
